What you’ll do:

  • Lead a billing/AR team to hit KPIs
  • Own quality, productivity and escalations
  • Coach, review and develop the team
  • Report results to management

Who it’s for: Proven billing/AR leaders with U.S. RCM experience. Structured training and a clear growth path into senior AR, QA and Team Lead roles.

Shift: Onsite, night shift 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday (weekends off), in Gulberg III, Lahore.
