Patient Support Specialist handling U.S. patient billing calls at Elevate Revenue Group, a medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) company in Gulberg, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan serving U.S. healthcare providers.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle inbound patient calls professionally
  • Take clean messages and route to billers
  • De-escalate and protect patient data
  • Follow the call playbook and HIPAA rules

Who it’s for: Warm, clear English communicators comfortable on the phone. Freshers welcome. Structured training and a clear growth path into senior AR, QA and Team Lead roles.

Shift: Onsite, night shift 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday (weekends off), in Gulberg III, Lahore.
