IT Support Executive for a Lahore office at Elevate Revenue Group, a medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) company in Gulberg, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan serving U.S. healthcare providers.

What you’ll do:

  • Support staff hardware, accounts and access
  • Keep systems, network and security healthy
  • Handle tickets and onboarding setups
  • Protect data and uptime

Who it’s for: IT support candidates with troubleshooting skills. Structured training and a clear growth path into senior AR, QA and Team Lead roles.

Shift: Onsite, night shift 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday (weekends off), in Gulberg III, Lahore.
