Customer Support Executive for U.S. clients at Elevate Revenue Group, a medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) company in Gulberg, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan serving U.S. healthcare providers.

What you’ll do:

  • Support U.S. clients over calls, chat and email
  • Log and route requests accurately
  • Keep response times fast and friendly
  • Coordinate with billing teams on issues

Who it’s for: Strong English communicators with a service mindset. Structured training and a clear growth path into senior AR, QA and Team Lead roles.

Shift: Onsite, night shift 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday (weekends off), in Gulberg III, Lahore.
